The Key Records. is a label/distro focused on noise, power electronics, industrial, and its related, with an open vision to all kinds of art without limits or restrictions.
The Key respects the ideology of each artist, not being responsible for it, as well as the content of the physical stuff released or distributed, whether graphic or audio, that may harm the sensitivity of certain people or groups.

We support new and old projects/artists. If you think your stuff has the balls to be executed by The Key, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

SALES/ORDERS/TRADES

The Key reserves the right to sell to people and/or “countries” that are not sympathetic to the label.

All products are physical and existing. The Key doesn’t support the use of pre-orders or ghost products sales.

The Key accepts most payments methods, either by orders on the website, or through direct contact with us.

In The Key we accept trades, as long as the stuff offered is up to par. We support labels that have the same intention and dedication to “art” as we do, but not those who see the “scene” as a business, with usurious prices or begging for resources.

Multiple sales of an item without prior contact us will be withheld or cancelled. We don’t support the scalpers actions or distribution without our permission.

SHIPPING

All items shipped are well packaged to preserve the content in optimal conditions. In case the item is “dangerous”, it will be packed/camouflaged according to that need.

All packages are sent under registered shipping, so you will always receive a tracking number.

Shipping time takes between 2-4 weeks, 5 in exceptional cases. If your package takes longer than that time, don’t hesitate to contact us before starting any action. In the case of the package loss or damage, we will work on a solution.
After the package is shipped, we don’t accept returns for “regret”. If you buy here, it’s because you know what you are going to receive. Please buy informed.

*** NEW POLICES AND SHIPPING COST TO USA (Updated February 17, 2026)

Due to US import policies, the only option for shipping packages from Chile is through FedEx, which drives shipping costs up to $80, especially since rates increased by at least 15-20% on January 1, 2026.

As a solution, shipping costs will be reduced thanks to the option of sharing orders among several orders. This means your package will leave Chile for the USA in a single large box, sharing space and cost with other orders, and then being redistributed within the USA via USPS.
For this to work, there must be at least 5 orders from USA. Otherwise, you will have to wait until the minimum number of orders is reached before the large box is shipped. If your order is larger than a standard order (two or more full batches, for example), the process can be expedited to accommodate two or more orders within the minimum of five.

This is the only way to avoid excessive costs. There’s strength in numbers to keep the noise spirit alive.

The price ranges will cover the full shipping cost (from Chile to USA, and from USA to USA):

0 – 200 g = $28.00
201 – 300 g = $30.00
301 – 400 g = $32.00
401 – 500 g = $34.00
501 – 600 g = $36.00 and so on, it would be an extra $2 for every additional 100 grams.

Shipments will be declared at a lower value and as “audio/music items” to avoid customs duties.
